Book a HOMAI demo to see a roof and property risk report for addresses you choose, or send a message about anything else. Both forms go straight to the CUATRO team, and we reply by email.
Which form should I use?
- Book a demo if you want to see HOMAI in use: a report for one address, the dashboard or the portfolio view. We ask for your name, position, company and work email. The demo form does not accept addresses from free email services.
- Send us a message for everything else, such as questions about the method, the data sources or working together. Here the company field is optional and any email address works.
To make the first conversation useful, tell us roughly how many buildings you have in mind, what kind they are (homes, commercial property, the properties behind a loan book or an insurance book) and the question you want answered.
What happens after I send the form?
- You get a confirmation on the page as soon as your message has been received.
- Your message goes to the team. It is saved and sent by email to the people at CUATRO who handle enquiries. There is no automatic reply, so the next email you receive is from a person.
- We reply to the email address you gave. For a demo, we agree on a time and on what you want to see, for example reports on a few of your own addresses.
We use what you send only to answer you and to follow up on the conversation. How we store it, and for how long, is described in our privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions
- What does a HOMAI demo show?
A demo walks through HOMAI reports for Norwegian addresses: the scores, the 10 roof risk factors with their sources, flood, landslide, precipitation and storm exposure, registry data from the Matrikkel, and the methodology section with the formula filled in. We can also show the dashboard map, the portfolio view and the A4 PDF export.
- Which buildings can HOMAI analyse?
Buildings at Norwegian addresses that are registered in the Matrikkel, Norway's cadastre. Coverage is Norway only, because every official data source HOMAI uses is Norwegian. The roof part depends on the imagery available: if there is none, the report covers climate and registry data and clearly states that the roof has not been assessed.
- Why does the demo form ask for a work email?
The demo form is meant for organisations that are evaluating HOMAI, so it only accepts company email addresses and turns away free email services such as Gmail or Outlook.com. If you are writing as a private person, or only have a personal address, use the contact form instead. It accepts any email address.
- Does a HOMAI report replace a physical roof inspection?
No. HOMAI is remote screening built on registers, hazard maps and imagery. It does not replace a physical inspection or a condition report (tilstandsrapport) from a qualified surveyor. What it gives you is the same method applied to every address, which helps you decide which buildings to inspect first.
