4cuatro.ai is run by Cuatro Group AS, organisation number 931 852 221, registered business address Holalien 11, 5163 Laksevåg, Bergen, Norway. CUATRO is the company's brand, and HOMAI is its product. More details are on the About page.

They cover the public website 4cuatro.ai in English and Norwegian: the pages, articles, 3D story, video and forms. They do not cover the HOMAI application at app.4cuatro.ai or reports produced in it. Access to the application and its reports is governed by the agreement between Cuatro Group AS and each customer.

The website describes HOMAI and explains topics such as roof condition, climate hazards and property data in Norway. It is general information. It is not insurance, financial, legal or technical advice for your situation, and it does not create a customer relationship.

The same applies to what the site says about HOMAI's results. A HOMAI report is remote screening based on public registers, hazard maps and imagery. It does not replace a physical inspection or a condition report (tilstandsrapport) from a qualified surveyor. How the score is calculated, and what the method does not cover, is explained on what the method covers and what it leaves out.

We work to keep the content correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that everything is complete or current at all times. The product and its description may change.

Text, design, graphics, video and the 3D story on 4cuatro.ai belong to Cuatro Group AS or are used under licence. You may read, link to and share links to our pages, and quote short passages with a clear reference to the source. Other copying, republishing or commercial use requires our written permission.

• The 3D story is built partly on licensed map data, satellite image mosaics and 3D models. You may view it on this site, but you may not download, extract or reuse its imagery, terrain, buildings or trees. The globe imagery (NASA Blue Marble) and country borders (Natural Earth) are in the public domain.
• Public data from Kartverket, Geonorge, NVE, MET Norway, NIBIO and other public sources belongs to its publishers and is used under their licence terms. Those agencies are data providers; they do not endorse CUATRO or HOMAI.
• The names CUATRO and HOMAI and our logos belong to Cuatro Group AS. Do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.

• Use the site in a way that breaks Norwegian law or the rights of others.
• Try to get unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its database, or test their security without our written permission.
• Overload the site, for example with automated requests at a high rate. Automated access must follow our robots.txt file.
• Use the forms to send spam, advertising, malicious content or messages in someone else's name.
• Copy the site's content in bulk, or the 3D story's data in any amount.

We may block traffic that breaks these rules. Our hosting provider's firewall may also stop traffic that looks automated.

The site links to other websites, such as public agencies whose data HOMAI uses. We link to them because they are the original sources, but we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

The website is provided as it is, free of charge. To the extent Norwegian law allows, Cuatro Group AS is not liable for any loss that results from using the website, from relying on its content or from the site being unavailable. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

When you send a form or visit the site, we process some personal data. What we collect, why, and your rights are described in the privacy policy. The website sets no cookies of its own.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If a dispute arises, we will first try to solve it through dialogue. If that fails, it goes to the Norwegian courts.

We may update these terms when the website changes. The version published here applies from the date below. Questions about the terms are welcome through our contact form.
